Rules of payment in case of online booking

The payment is made via the authentification server of the Bank’s Processing Centre with the use of Bank credit cards of the following payment systems:

Visa, MasterCard, MIR

To effect a payment you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank, PJSC to input your card details. Please, have your plastic card at hand. The connection with the payment gateway is established and the transfer of information is carried out using a secure mode with SSL encryption protocol.

If your bank supports secure online payments such as Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to effect a payment. You can specify the ways to obtain the passwords for Internet payments at the bank which has issued your card.

The submitted information will not be provided to third parties except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Bank card payments are carried out in strict compliance with the requirements of the payment systems.

A letter with the information on the booking and ordered services will be sent to the specified e-mail after the payment.

The refund of the booking amount is possible not later than 24 hours prior to the specified time of arrival. In all other cases, the booking cancellation leads to the fine in the amount of 100% of the paid amount. To get the refund the Client needs to send an application for the refund to the Operator. The refund is made strictly to the card from which the payment was made.
